Teen starlet Taylor Swift could be set to embarrass controversial rapper Kanye West in front of US TV audiences during a Saturday Night Live comedy skit. The singer, 19, will be hosting the popular show next month and will no doubt be hoping for no interruptions.
According to US reports, she has hinted that her recent encounter with the outspoken hip-hopper may provide her with some entertaining material. It could be sweet revenge for the quirky blonde, whose VMA acceptance speech was hijacked by the disgruntled rapper when he stormed the stage and grabbed the microphone, declaring that Beyonce's nominated video for "Single Ladies" was one of the "best videos of all time."
But this time Swift says she feels confident about commanding the stage - and may even introduce the cringeworthy episode into a comedy skit.
"I've been thinking about skit ideas for a long time," she said. "There are definitely some hilarious things that have happened to me over the past couple of months that I think will be pretty substantial skits."
She called the chance to host the show, on November 7, "mind-blowing."
